Experiences in Transformation |
Experiences in Transformation offers a unique and personal perspective on 30 years in Deloitte, both during and after the apartheid era, through the eyes of 30 people who experienced it. The story commences with John Massey, the first Deloitte South Africa CEO to promote the recruitment of aspiring black Chartered Accountants in 1977.
Apartheid was to be officially dismantled in 1994, but some challenges remained and the later stories take us through the hopes, aspirations and disappointments of the early post-apartheid years.
Experiences in Transformation is dedicated to the men and women of Deloitte – past, present and future – for their indomitable spirit, courage and willingness to embrace the challenges of life.
