The Change a Life African Cycle Tour was launched in September 2008 and has taken place annually since then. This annual event which is supported by South African business leaders is aimed at transforming the lives of hundreds of beneficiaries of the Mike Thomson Change a Life Trust. In South Africa, the Change a Life Mike Thomson Trust sponsors grassroots initiatives aimed at combating crime and providing support to victims of crime, with a special focus on children. Funds of R4m will go toward crime prevention.
