Introduction to Corporate Citizenship at Deloitte

Corporate Citizenship continues to be a key focus area for Deloitte Southern Africa as we understand the interdependent role that both business and society play in the success of our organisation.

At Deloitte we remain committed to our principles of good governance, ethics and our Shared Values. Our leadership has strongly driven values-based behaviour among our staff through our Deloitte Way initiative, which continues to change our organisation in a positive manner.

In the year under review, the highlights for me have been the formalisation of our Corporate Citizenship strategy and various policies to support its implementation.

We have made a business decision to refrain from printing our Stakeholder Feedback report, and rather to rely on electronic media to bring the latest news to our stakeholders. In line with our approach to become more environmentally friendly and agile, this report will be published in its entirety on our website, There are no hard copies available, but you are welcome to print this report off on your own printer. However, if you do so, please consider the environment.

We welcome your feedback and look forward to future opportunities in the year ahead to engage on the issues that are relevant to you.
