| Corporate Citizenship continues to be a key focus area for Deloitte Southern Africa as we understand the interdependent role that both business and society play in the success of our organisation. At Deloitte we remain committed to our principles of good governance, ethics and our Shared Values. Our leadership has strongly driven values-based behaviour among our staff through our Deloitte Way initiative, which continues to change our organisation in a positive manner. In the year under review, the highlights for me have been the formalisation of our Corporate Citizenship strategy and various policies to support its implementation. |
