Defining the Digital Services landscape for the Middle East

The Middle East digital economy is experiencing unprecedented change and disruption. In their new report ‘Defining the Digital Services landscape for the Middle East’, Deloitte, in coordination with Noortel, introduce a new framework to describe the region’s Digital Services sector to help the local digital community understand, navigate and explore its complexity and fast evolving developments.

The report defines the landscape across three broad layers: Consumer needs, Digital Services and the Digital ecosystem. Within this framework, the report provides an assessment on the maturity of these services across the Middle East, including regional case studies and in-depth insights from interviews with key players in the region. By considering consumer’s digital needs and the region’s broader digital ecosystem, the report identifies opportunities unique to the culture and needs of the Middle East, which key investors and players in the region can exploit to their full potential.
