Deloitte continues to expand its financial services reward practice
22 April 2013
Deloitte, the business advisory firm, has appointed financial services reward specialist, Helen Beck, as a partner in its Compensation and Benefits practice.
Helen joins Deloitte from Kepler, a reward consultancy group, where she led its financial services practice. She previously managed McLagan’s consulting business (part of AON Hewitt) in London and Hong Kong for a number of years, advising international banks and asset managers.
Helen has significant experience across the financial services sector, and will advise firms on how to structure their remuneration policies and practices within the evolving regulatory framework.
Nick Sandall, financial services lead partner at Deloitte, said: “Financial services organisations are now facing significant regulatory developments in the area of reward. Given her experience, Helen will be ideally placed to help our clients develop the right reward structures for their people within the changing landscape.”
Helen Beck said: “I am delighted to be joining Deloitte at a time when many firms will be considering how best to deal with the regulatory change being imposed across the financial services sector. Firms will want to ensure that their reward policy and practice continues to be aligned with their business strategy and goals, while fulfilling the relevant regulations that apply to them.”
