Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive financial advisor to ITS Pharmacy, Inc. (ITSRx).
Specialty Therapeutic Care Holdings, Inc. (STC), a portfolio company of Enhanced Equity Fund, L.P., has acquired ITSRx, a specialty pharmacy focused on providing medications to those suffering from chronic illnesses.
The DCF team assisted ITSRx throughout the process including letter of intent and deal negotiations and the organization of the due diligence process. This transaction further highlights DCF’s experience and focus in the healthcare industry.
