Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance LLC (DTCF) is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive financial advisor to Spring Global Mail (Spring), a joint venture company of TNT N.V. (TNT), Royal Mail Group PLC (Royal Mail) and Singapore Post Limited (Singapore Post), in connection with the sale of Spring’s customer contracts and limited capital assets in the United States to an undisclosed strategic buyer.
The transaction illustrates DTCF’s ability to execute complex carve-out transactions on a global basis working with the corporate finance professionals of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) member firms and their affiliates around the world. Wilten Smit and Derk Helleman, corporate finance professionals of the DTT member firm in the Netherlands, introduced DTCF to the transaction opportunity due to their strong relationship with Spring shareholder TNT.
