DCF Completes Cross-Border Packaging Transaction

Multi-Color Corporation acquires Collotype International Holdings Pty. Ltd.


Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) is pleased to announce its role as financial advisor to Multi-Color Corporation (Multi-Color) regarding its acquisition of Collotype International Holdings Pty. Ltd. (Collotype) for $185 million.

The DCF team worked together with Multi-Color on this cross-border packaging transaction, supporting Multi-Color’s vision of building a global platform in the consumer labels business. Throughout the transaction, the DCF team assisted Multi-Color with buyer due diligence, compilation of pro-forma financial information, drafting purchase agreements, and the signing and closing of the transaction.

This engagement highlights DCF’s cross-border investment
banking experience and its proven ability to execute cross-border transactions. Additionally, it is yet another example of DCF’s deep knowledge of the packaging sector.
