DCF Advises U.S. Green Building Council
Transaction highlights DCF's experience in the conference and tradeshow industry
Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) is pleased to announce its advisory role as the exclusive financial advisor to U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in its formation of a strategic partnership with Hanley Wood LLC whereby Hanley Wood has acquired the Greenbuild International Conference and Expo from USGBC. Greenbuild is the largest global event dedicated to green building, with over 900 exhibiting companies, 171,000 net square feet of exhibit space, and 30,000 attendees.
The DCF team advised and assisted USGBC with a full range of sell-side advisory services, including providing an initial range of value assessment and development of marketing materials to the identification of potential interested parties, coordination of the due diligence process and assistance in deal negotiations. This transaction further highlights DCF’s experience in the conference and tradeshow industry as well as our focus on serving not-for-profit clients.
