DCF Advises on DSG International Limited’s Sale of Associated Hygienic Products to Domtar Corporation

Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC ("DCF") is pleased to announce its role as the financial advisor to Associated Hygienic Products LLC ("AHP") in DSG International Limited’s sale of AHP to Domtar Corporation ("Domtar"). DCF leveraged its industry knowledge and extensive industry relationships to help AHP complete this transaction.

The DCF team assisted AHP's management team and shareholders throughout the sale process by providing a full range of sell-side advisory services, including assisting AHP with: developing marketing materials, refining financial forecasts, identifying and contacting potentially interested parties, managing the due diligence process, and advising on transaction negotiations.
