Victor Pohlot is a Senior Vice President at Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) in the Midwest region. His investment banking experience spans over 10 years where he has been focusing on General Industrial transactions. He has served clients across a broad spectrum of industries including industrial and consumer products, telecom, technology, healthcare and financial services.
Prior to receiving his MBA, Victor worked for DCF in New York for two years. Prior to that, he worked for three years as an Analyst and Associate for JP Morgan Securities where he focused on General Industrial and Telecommunication transactions and completed nine transactions including sell-sides, buy-sides, convertible preferred issues and fairness opinions in various industries including industrials, telecommunications and consumer business.

- Led the day –to-day operations of the DCF team in its role as exclusive financial advisor to Appleton Paper, Inc.’s divestiture of C&H Packaging to InterFlex Group, Inc., a portfolio company of Red Diamond Capital Partners
- Led the day –to-day operations of the DCF team in its role as role as financial advisor to Chesapeake Corporation in the sale of its South African and Mauritian beverage packaging businesses to Pamodzi Investment Holdings
- Assisted Joyce/Dayton Corp with modeling strategic alternatives involving construction of various refinancing, divestiture and acquisition scenarios. Advised the Company on building projections and assisted in preparing the Company for a possible sale.
- Led the day-to-day operations of the DCF team in its role as exclusive financial advisor to ThyssenKrupp Budd Company’s divestiture of The Plastics Division to Continental Structural Plastics.
- Led the day-to-day operations of the DCF team in its role as exclusive financial advisor to American Management Systems divestiture of The Global Energy Group to Wipro Limited.
