Mr. McArthur is a Managing Director in the Deloitte Corporate Finance practice. Mike has over 16 years of investment banking experience focusing on the Healthcare Industry. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. McArthur was a Managing Director with Macquarie Capital, a global investment bank with headquarters in Australia and major operations in Asia and Europe, where he specialized in M&A and capital raising for Healthcare Companies. Mr. McArthur also was previously in the healthcare groups of Giuliani Capital, Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, DLJ, Montgomery Securities and Kidder, Peabody, where he structured and completed numerous merger and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions.
