Jonathan Ohm is a Managing Director in the Deloitte Corporate Finance (DCF) Practice and National DCF Technology, Media and Telecommunications leader, focusing on M&A transaction and Corporate Development Advisory Services. He has extensive knowledge of cross-border related mergers and acquisitions and the general corporate finance activities of U.S. and international businesses. He has worked on transactions in a variety of countries and industries, including life sciences, consumer products, technology, automotive and industrial productions. He has been a guest speaker on corporate development issues for various trade organizations and at several industry conferences. Jonathan began his career as a Financial Analyst, for a “Big Eight” firm in transaction due diligence.

Previously, Jonathan worked as a service line leader for a large business advisory services firm where he oversaw the planning activities relating to divestitures and joint ventures transactions.

Prior to joining the Business Advisory Firm in 2003, Jonathan spent over eleven years working for a Large Corporate Finance firm assisting clients in both buy-side and sell-side deals.
