Profile
Mr. Blanchard has over eleven years of investment banking and corporate finance advisory experience having advised on acquisition reviews, sale and divestiture mandates, capital raises, and other transactional related assignments. Tony has advised on over 45 M&A transactions representing approximately $11 billion in transaction value including more than 20 cross-border transactions representing over $3 billion in transaction value. He has provided advisory services to companies in multiple industry sectors including automotive, metals processing and distribution, industrial products and services and general manufacturing.
Experience
Mr. Blanchard has represented both buyers and sellers of privately held companies and subsidiaries or divisions of public companies. He has advised on cross border transactions in Canada, China, Europe, Japan and Mexico. Tony has collaborated on M&A related white papers with a specific focus on automotive, metals and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining DCF, he gained corporate finance related experience from his financial analyst position at General Motors Corporation. Mr. Blanchard also has experience in architectural and electrical engineering from previous positions.
