Deloitte Vietnam hosts Annual Tax Update Seminar for the year 2012 |
Deloitte Vietnam hosted 2012 Tax Update Seminar on December 11 and December 19, 2012 in Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi respectively with the participation of approximately 1,000 representatives from enterprise. Previously, Deloitte Vietnam successfully held separate specialized Tax Seminars for Chinese and Japanese companies were also held in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Currently, Tax policies and Customs Regulation of Vietnam are in the restructuring process to meet changes in the society, and thus, may create certain difficulties for businesses during the implementation. However, clear understanding and proper implementation of these rules could help enterprises better manage tax and customs strategies along with their business objectives; thus, reducing risks and management cost, and thereby improving performance. In fact, by properly preparing financial statements and performing tax finalization, business leaders could address two problems, i.e. “cost saving” and “law abiding,” and thereby bringing greater benefits to their companies.
