In the major field of Business Studies (Accounting/Auditing/Tax, Finance, Economics), Deloitte has jumped from number 20 to number 6 on Ideal Employers just behind PWC number 5 (number 7 in 2004). In the 'first choice' amongst the students, we jumped from number 17 to number 7. More than 5000 students where surveyed from 100 universities in Europe.
The result of the voting is a great success for our firm. We believe this is a reflection of our focus on our employees as our most valuable asset, and our continued efforts to be an "employer of choice". All our Partners and staff members in Europe can take pride in the recognition.
In addition, we see this as a commitment to continue our efforts to further improve our working environment, culture and motivation for all our employees as well as continuing in attracting the best students on the market.
