Deloitte in Venezuela

 

Chronology

1968 José Lara Pérez launched the firm "Lara Pérez & Asociados", changing its corporate name in 1973 for "Lara Rodríguez & Asociados" when they joined "Coopers & Lybrand".

1970 Hernán Marambio Cortés launched the firm "Hernán Marambio C. & Asociados" joining the organization of Alexander Grant Tansley Witt (Grant Thornton) in 1974.

1990 Both firms merged under corporate name "Lara Rodríguez, Marambio & Asociados", which was changed for "Lara Marambio & Asociados" in 1993.

1998"Lara Marambio & Asociados" as a result of the merger between "Coopers & Lybrand" and "Price Waterhouse LLP" joins the organization Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

2002 Firms "Porta Cachafeiro Laría & Asociados" and "Romero-Muci & Asociados" join the organization Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, through "Lara Marambio & Asociados". This integration places Venezuela among Deloitte’s first operations in Latin America.

Audit, Tax & Legal, Consulting, Enterprise Risk Services, Financial Advisory and Outsourcing.
