Our company’s services are aimed primarily at improvement of our clients’ business. It is critical for us to observe their growth and competitive improvement. The greater the level of the clients’ development is, the higher requirements they put thus creating new incentives for our professional growth.
Our main objective is to provide services which meet modern requirements. We are not at a stop. When moving to a new level of rendering professional services, we are aimed at mastering new markets. One of the recent examples of our new initiative is represented by electronic classes in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
These classes are in demand as holds a wide scale programme on improvement of accounting and financial reporting and bringing them in compliance with international standards. The need in IFRS specialists has sharply risen.
Besides, the level of information technologies development in Uzbekistan is sufficient to give the opportunity for making and improving business.
It should be noted that reasonable prices for such electronic classes enable reduction of administrative expenses for personnel development that is critical during the world financial crisis.
The product was first introduced on Uzbekistan market in November 2009. At the moment Irina Komurdjiyeva, the Chief Specialist in Professional Departments Support, provides consulting services on the issues related to the new training format.
The official presentation of the classes was held in December 2009. The employee of Almaty office, Vadim Lyu, made a presentation of the new product at the conference held by the National Association of Accountants and Auditors. The presentation called Best IT Practices in IFRS Training and Application aroused great interests among the participants.
The banks and large companies showed special interest in electronic training. The training of the employees of Open Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Credit Standards under the new electronic system has already begun. The following companies are next in turn: Public Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Asaka, CJSC Royal Bank of Scotland O"zbekiston MB, UzCarlsberg Ltd and others.
The idea of implementing innovative products on the country’s market was highly appreciated and supported by the Uzbekistan Banking Association.
Implementation of electronic IFRS training has already begun on Uzbekistan market. So our company has managed to contribute to the process of improving accounting in the country.
