Deloitte Recognized for Unwavering Support for Working Mothers
"Working Mother" ranks Deloitte a top 10 employer for working mothers for third consecutive year
NEW YORK, October 10, 2011 — Deloitte announced today it has garnered its third consecutive top 10 ranking on Working Mother magazine’s survey of “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers,” reflecting its focus on such areas as women’s advancement, flextime hours, paid maternity leave and telecommuting. This marks 18th successive year Deloitte’s been honored to be on the list.
In addition to praising Deloitte’s investments in bold career-life initiatives such as Mass Career Customization and voluntary sabbatical programs, Working Mother highlighted the organization’s commitment to education and training. This commitment is embodied by Deloitte University, a 107-acre landmark campus and a catalyst by which Deloitte is transforming its talent development programs to nurture future leaders and enrich careers.
