David Moore is a senior manager in the Deloitte Consulting LLP Transportation practice. He has more than 12 years of experience in systems design, development and implementation. Throughout his career, David has been involved in all aspects of large-scale system development as well as implementation, quality assurance and maintenance projects. David is a member of the Technology Integration service area focusing on Enterprise Connection services, Development services and Technology Architecture services.
David holds a master of science degree in management information systems from the University of Virginia and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
