Will Holmes is a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Technology Integration practice. Will is an experienced project manager and technologist with specialized service delivery skills in the areas of custom development, systems integration, IT strategy, and business process re-engineering. Will has worked nearly exclusively in the transportation space for the past 10 years, helping Motor Vehicle Administrator organizations to replace aging information systems, modernize enterprise technical architecture, and transform business processes.
He has experience with the following:
- Developing business architecture across a driver's license and motor vehicles enterprise
- Implementing customer-centric, integrated driver's license and motor vehicle enterprise applications
- Analyzing, cleansing and converting driver and vehicle data
- Expanding and managing product delivery across service channels
- Implementing financial administration functionality across point-of-sale, mail, Web and phone service channels
- Implementing system interfaces and data exchange across driver and vehicle applications
- Supporting the CDL audit process and follow-on system and process remediation
- Implementing driver regulatory mandates including: Patriot Act, MCSIA and Real ID
