BioJon Watts is a director located in the New York office. He is a core member of Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Capital Markets Technology practice and a national leader of the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) service offering. Jon has over 15 years of consulting and industry leadership experience in banking, securities and capital markets. His client work focuses on technology strategy, new operating model design, strategic sourcing and technology risk management. As a core member of the FATCA leadership team, Jon has worked to develop Deloitte’s FATCA assessment methodology and implementation support capabilities. Prior to joining Deloitte & Touche LLP, Jon held senior leadership positions in business development, risk management and strategic sourcing for a large financial services firm. He was also a principal for a leading management consulting firm in the IT strategy practice where he served clients in Financial Services, Healthcare and Defense. Jon has an MBA from the Yale School of Management, an MPH from the Yale School of Medicine and BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado.
