In a recent Deloitte Tax Dbriefs webcast, we discussed a number of evolving issues, including potential regulatory ripple effects on transfer pricing and emerging areas of interest by tax authorities and regulators, including lending arrangements, liquidity buffers, and compensation. We examined why and how some firms are reviewing their transfer pricing policy structures in response to regulatory changes, and we looked at the role of advance pricing agreements in addressing uncertainty associated with global dealings.
