BioHelda Rock is a director in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Capital Markets Technology Services practice. She has advisory, strategy and operations, risk management, and system integrations experience primarily in the financial services industry. She has advised some of Deloitte & Touche LLP’s largest financial services clients on process re-engineering and change management, operational controls, systems implementation, post merger integration, risk management, regulatory compliance, vendor management program and complex project management. Helda managed the development of the Information Technology (IT) Risk Management Implementation organization for the global Information Security (IS) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs at a large financial services organization. She developed the strategy to effectively align the compliance requirements and processes with the technology supporting Global AML operations. She established process controls, technology implementation governance structure and data process validation for the liquidation of a major global prime brokerage firm. Helda has been successful in directing personnel and managing sizeable budgets, by leveraging sound program management methodologies. Education
