State Desk Brief: Oregon’s Con-way and AT&T Tax Court Cases, Pending Before the Oregon Supreme Court |
The ultimate resolution of the Con-way and AT&T decisions could potentially affect a significant number of Oregon taxpayers. While the Department has provided guidance for how Oregon taxpayers should proceed during the appeal of the Con-way decision, the Department has provided no such guidance for the AT&T decision. Given the fact that neither decision is yet on the Oregon Supreme Court’s calendar, it is anticipated that the resolution of each of these cases will likely take several months and could easily take well over a year.
