With even the smallest expatriate population, keeping track of projects such as tax return compliance can be a logistical nightmare. Advisors, assignees and human resources managers around the world need to collaborate and share information, often on a time-critical basis. It is only possible to coordinate services, manage data and track project progress efficiently if this process is fully transparent to all parties.
To this end, we have adopted a standard worldwide approach to our service delivery model. To support our staff in this effort, have developed a global compliance system. GlobalAdvantage (GA) Tracker enables Deloitte to manage the compliance process and assist clients to manage their interaction with both ourselves and their employees.
GA Tracker is a Deloitte management tool for tracking and managing project information from start to finish. It is used to monitor and maintain international assignment information, produce project reports and store data relating to advisors, employees and offices. This information is used to support our tax compliance and other project based work.
