BioOscar is a partner of the Deloitte Tax Division and the Foreign Account Compliance Act (FATCA) leader in Latino America region (LATCO). He has 20 years of experience at Deloitte and is in charge of the financial sector tax service area within the tax division, advising financial industry, mostly the banks and stock exchange sector. Oscar joined numerous special projects involving mergers and acquisitions in Mexico. He participated in advisory services for the placement of securities in Mexico and abroad. He is a tax advisor to leading financial system institutions including banks, stock brokerages, insurance companies, and bonding companies. He provides tax advice on complex equity and derivative transactions and tax planning for banks and insurance companies. Oscar is a frequent speaker at the College of Public Accountants of Mexico, Banking Associations (ABM) and Stock Brokerages (AMIB), as well as with the Firm's clients.
