Commerzbank submits comments regarding guidance to be issued by the Department of the Treasury ("Treasury") and the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS"). The comments are in respect to the implementation of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance subtitle of the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act of 2010 ("FATCA").
