The banks, The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), The Association of Banks in Malaysia (ABM), The Thai Bankers' Association (TBA), Bankers Association of the Philippines (BAP), The Indonesian Banks Association (PERBANAS) submit jointly in response to Notice 2011-34.
