Mark Lazzaro is a senior partner in Atlanta with Deloitte Tax LLP and currently leads the global Finance Transformation Tax practice. He has more than 25 years experience serving large public companies across several industries, including manufacturing, retail and technology. Mark’s experience includes coordinating and facilitating client service worldwide for corporate tax function reengineering initiatives, tax ERP integration services, information management and data analytics. In addition to his specialization in finance transformation and tax management consulting, Mark has deep experience in tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting for income taxes and transfer pricing.
Mark also served as Deloitte’s Tax Managing Partner for the southeast region where he led one of the fastest growing tax practices in the Firm for several years.
Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Long Island University - C.W. Post campus.
