Camp small-business discussion draft proposes reforms to passthrough rules – House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp, R-Mich., on March 12 released a legislative discussion draft that proposes reforms to simplify the tax rules for small businesses and harmonize the tax treatment of passthrough entities including sole proprietorships, partnerships, and S corporations.
