Meet Doug Shoupp

Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Doug is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the Technology practice and the Systems Integration (SI) national service line leader. His primary practice focus is providing large-scale, N-tier technology architecture, design, build and implementation solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience in solution design, development, testing and deployment.

Doug brings a pragmatic approach to technology solution development with a results-focused perspective in defining and meeting business solution objectives. He works with a broad variety of clients and industries within the context of applying technology to solve business problems. His primary focus is in the TMT industry and his clients include High Tech Manufacturing, Government, Retail and Telecommunications.

Doug specializes in enterprise and application architecture, custom application development, large-scale testing, performance management, order management, transaction processing and services architecture. He has presented POVs on Deloitte’s Services Thinking at various conferences and webinars.

He completed his Bachelors in Economics/Mathematics and earned an MBA in Information Systems Management from the University of Texas, Austin.
