Meet Jaco Van Eeden

As a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP, Jaco Van Eeden leads the User Engagement and CRM Adobe solutions practices. Jaco spends his days helping ERP users be more productive by simplifying and enriching their user experience.
For more than 18 years Jaco has been implementing SAP solutions and has worked to make complex ERP systems user-friendly by bringing creativity and vision to the process of ERP transformation. He led the charge to build a new practice in Deloitte around User Engagement solutions where the focus is on “user and customer experience” of ERP and legacy systems, helping clients improve productivity, increase user adoption and lower training costs. He works with clients in retail, wholesale food distribution, consumer goods, industrial products, technology and manufacturing.
Samples of his projects include:
- For a National Office Products B2B and Retailer, led their SAP CRM-related Sales, Service and Customer Interaction Center implementation with Web Services (SOA) integration to legacy systems including: marketing systems, work force management, and Customer Service and Order Management.
- For a Fortune 100 Pharmacy and Retail Corporation, led their SAP CRM-related Service and Interaction Center project implementing with SOA Integration including marketing systems, work force management and pharmacy fulfillment solution.
A native of South Africa, Jaco earned his degree from the University of Pretoria and spent the first eleven years of his career in industry and public accounting.
