Andy Main, principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP, is Deloitte’s National Customer Solutions Service Line Leader and the Global Customer Solutions Leader. His 24 years of experience in the consulting industry enables him to draw upon his deep experience to bring new ideas to market in a timely manner and pragmatically apply these ideas to help clients modernize their businesses.
In his current role he leads a team focused on helping clients gain business value from their customer operations, improve the customer experience and achieve first-to-market results through innovation. Andy brings deep experience and a solid track record of innovation at Deloitte, including the development of Deloitte’s Customer Experience Design method, creating the first Deloitte CRM roadmap, launching Deloitte’s CRM marketing practice and launching CloudMix, a full on cloud solution by industry sector.
In his national leadership role, Andy is charting new courses in cloud computing, providing clients with more flexibility than available before. These customer solutions are designed to reduce the need for costly upfront investments and lengthy implementations, offer the flexibility needed for service-based consumption models and provide a pathway to potential new revenue streams for clients.
Andy blends his experience in strategy, operations and systems to bring a business-value approach to technologically complex customer transformation projects. He has the ability to help companies create business transformation strategies, prioritize investments, design and implement the business processes and customer solutions-related technology changes required, and realize and demonstrate the value from the transformation.
