Rich Penkoski, principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, is the national service line leader for the Information Management practice. In this role, Rich leads an organization of over 1,100 dedicated professionals who provide solutions to help companies address specific business challenges by unlocking the value buried deep in their data. The Information Management (IM) practice helps our clients in their efforts to get the right information to the right people at the right time by endeavoring to turn mountains of data into valuable insight.
Rich has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations increase the value of their information assets and enhance their analytic capabilities. He has led major IT-enabled transformation programs for global clients across numerous industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail and Telecommunications.
Rich has distinguished himself as the co-author of Deloitte’s CFO Framework and helped develop many of the tools and methods used in support of Deloitte’s Finance Transformation offerings. His work has been featured in numerous professional journals and he is a frequent speaker at industry events.
In addition to his Deloitte responsibilities, Rich is very active in the Atlanta non-profit community. He recently launched the Deloitte Center for Leadership and Community (DCLC), which is a program designed to help non-profit executives enhance their leadership skills and apply commercial leading practices within their organizations.
Rich holds a degree in Management Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
