Meet Tina Phillips

Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Tina is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leader of the Customer Engagement Solutions team within Deloitte Digital, where she works closely with organizations to develop marketing, sales, and services solutions.

As part of the Emerging Solutions practice, Tina and her team have developed a jump-start methodology to promote fast implementation of, enhancing user involvement and overall application adoption. Often, a redesign or transformation of customer-facing processes can be developed in order to get the most value from application changes.

Tina has been with Deloitte for more than 18 years and brings a global perspective to her clients having worked in Australia, Europe, and the United States. Prior to joining Deloitte, Tina’s work at a leading manufacturer of health care products and pharmaceuticals provided her a first-hand perspective of what her clients are experiencing.

Tina also serves as a Board Member for the National Kidney Foundation of San Francisco.
