With more than 19 years of experience leading consulting services engagements with large organizations in support of complex technology-supported business transformations, Rich serves as a Director within Deloitte’s Systems Integration service line. Rich also works closely with Deloitte’s alliance efforts with major business process management (BPM) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) vendors, and leads the development and delivery of Deloitte’s Services Thinking market offering.
Rich has assisted numerous companies, including multiple Fortune 100 companies, in their efforts to establish integration capabilities, implement transformational business integration solutions and establish internal centers for integration delivery. His projects have included assisting clients in evaluating integration technology and establishing integration competency centers.
Some of his recent projects include:
- Led one of the world’s largest Oil & Gas companies through the definition of an enterprise integration technology platform and the creation of a centralized organization and delivery model to provide integration services across the enterprise
- Led the technology implementation of a compliance solution for a major Life Sciences manufacturing company: defining, designing and deploying an enterprise-wide solution in less than 3 months that enabled the company to lead their industry in complying with new legal and regulatory requirements
