Tom is the national leader of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Technology Strategy and Architecture practice that focuses on enabling new IT capabilities to successfully navigate changing market dynamics (post digital enterprise, social business, cloud), delivering IT-enabled business transformation and driving efficient IT operations. Tom has 20 years of experience working across many industries and is primarily focused on technology clients and how they serve all industries. Specific areas of experience include industry vertical solutions, emerging market growth, M&A diligence/integration, services delivery, global supply chain and leasing.
Tom has led a number of projects in Digital Strategy/Marketing, Service Delivery Collaboration Strategy and Architecture; Emerging Market Growth and New Business Model Growth; Finance Transformation and M&A Diligence/Integration.
Tom earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with honors and a B.A. from Hamilton College with honors.
