Meet Craig Hodgetts
National Service Line Leader, SAP and Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP
Craig Hodgetts, National Service Line Leader of the SAP practice, joined Deloitte in 1994 as a Manager, becoming a Deloitte Consulting Principal in 1997. He is based in Costa Mesa, California. In his current role, Craig is charged with oversight for all aspects of the Deloitte’s SAP practice, ensuring our professionals fulfill our service commitment to high-quality engagements, exceed client expectations with our results, build and maintain strong relationships with SAP and other key vendors, and recruit and retain the most talented and capable practitioners.
Craig’s background in technology began with his studies at the University of Bristol in England, where he graduated with honors in 1984 with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics. After a 10-year stint as an Information Technology Consultant serving clients in the UK and across Europe, he joined Deloitte. He has held a variety of technology leadership positions with Deloitte Consulting, including Regional Service Area Leader for Technology and U.S. Leader for Application Maintenance Services.
Before assuming leadership of the SAP practice, he specialized in leading large-scale SAP implementations. He has managed and directed many projects across the Americas, Asia- Pacific, and Europe. He also plays a Quality Assurance role on many of Deloitte’s most complex SAP projects.
He serves as Lead Consulting Partner at client Edison International and in an advisory role at other key clients. As a member of the Technology Leadership Team at Deloitte, Craig has been responsible for incorporating our U.S. India practitioners into technology projects and increasing our practice’s marketplace competitiveness and quality in the process.
