Meet Chris Heuer

Chris Heuer is a leading social media and collaboration strategist who joined Deloitte Consulting LLP in 2011 as a specialist leader in the Technology Strategy & Architecture practice, focused on Social Business strategy, design and adoption. Recognizing that project success may not come solely from successful deployments, but rather from the effective adoption of technology that can save people time and improve their performance, Chris helps organizations apply design thinking to cross-boundary collaboration between employees, partners and customers.

Chris has spent a significant portion of his professional career helping people understand the significance of what it means to be social in the form of company training programs, conferences and workshops. In addition to this professional experience, he has received training in a variety of facilitation formats which lead to his innovative work in the ‘unconference’ space. He has also worked with numerous startups to help develop their go-to-market strategies, product design, website development, online marketing campaigns, eCommerce and what is now widely referred to as Social Media.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from American University with an interdisciplinary focus in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government. Chris is originally from Miami and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay area.
