Meet Alicia Hatch

Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Alicia Hatch is one of the leaders of Deloitte Digital’s social offering. She joined Deloitte Digital in October 2013 with the acquisition of Banyan Branch, a leading social media agency based in Seattle, where she led new business for the firm. Alicia joined Banyan Branch in 2010 as a Principal, introducing new strategic offerings and building a broad client portfolio of Fortune 500 brands.

Prior to Banyan Branch, Alicia spent eight years at Microsoft, where she led business development strategy for XBOX’s billion dollar Halo videogame franchise. While there, she spearheaded the effort to transform Halo into an entertainment powerhouse through extension of the intellectual property into comics, DVDs, anime, novels, and mobile applications.  

A Southern California native, she has a Bachelor of Science degree in Developmental Economics and International Development from Brigham Young University, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University. She lives and works in Seattle, Washington.
