Meet Alison Walgren

Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Alison Walgren is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s U.S. Technology Practice. Her primary focus is in the Application Management Services (AMS) service line, where she leverages her 19 years of IT consulting experience to provide application management services to her clients with a focus on innovation and value optimization.

Since joining Deloitte in 2008, Alison has delivered AMS for many clients across industries including Aerospace & Defense, Financial Services and Life Sciences & Healthcare. She has facilitated support framework assessments, assisting clients with the design and readiness of their support organizations. She also led the development and rollout of the Application Management Workbench, a pre-configured platform to accelerate scoping, configuration and execution of application management services. The AM-Workbench allows our AMS resources across the globe to focus on efficiently executing tasks and delivering AMS disciplines.

When it comes to delivering quality services, Alison believes in the importance of her customers getting value for the services they receive. By providing services more efficiently and more cost effectively than they could do internally, it frees up their resources to focus on other areas that are core to their business.

Alison received a Bachelor of Science in Russian and Linguistics from Georgetown University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
