Alison Walgren is a Senior Manager for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s U.S. Technology Practice and Deloitte’s Technology Black Belt in the Application, Optimization and Innovation Domain. Her primary focus has been in the Application Management Service (AMS) Service Line for SAP environments, where she has over 16 years of broad-based IT, consulting and client support experience with an emphasis on implementation and support of ERP applications for customers around the globe.
While at Deloitte, in addition to delivering application management services to three Aerospace and Defense clients, she has also facilitated Application Support Framework assessments for several clients, helping these organizations with the design of their SAP support organizations, including support strategy, processes and technology, organization and governance.
When it comes to delivering quality services, Alison believes in her customers getting value for the services they receive. By providing services more efficiently and more cost effectively than they could do internally, it frees up their resources to focus on other areas that are core to their business.
Alison received her bachelor’s degree in Russian and Linguistics from Georgetown University, and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Alison is an active member of Austin Women in Technology (AWT).
