Meet Evangeline Marzec

Specialist Master, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Evangeline Marzec is a Specialist Master in Mobile Strategy at Deloitte Digital. She focuses on business model and process transformation via mobile and emerging technologies. As one of Deloitte’s principal thought leaders on wearables, she’s currently leading the Google Glass prototyping team and the Tech Trends 2014 chapter on Wearables.

Evangeline has written and spoken on digital innovation, mobile strategy, wearables and gamification. Her specialization is in rapid analysis of mobile opportunities and threats for clients across all verticals, and in creating frameworks for understanding the impact of emerging technologies on business models. To that end, she is a co-author of Deloitte’s Mobile Optimized Retail Enterprise framework.

Prior to joining Deloitte, she was a video games producer with hands-on app development experience. She has also consulted as a technology commercialization assessment specialist, and as a Kiva Fellow she performed developing-world field work in microfinance.

Evangeline teaches Mobile Strategy at University of Washington and is on its Computing and IT Advisory Board for Professional Certificate Programs. She holds a BA from University of Washington and an MBA from Thunderbird.
