Thomas McElroy is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP’s (Deloitte Consulting's) Consumer Business Industry segment for Human Capital. In his current role, Thom leads Deloitte Consulting’s Retail Human Capital service area.
Over the past 17 years, Thom has helped retailers to increase the potential of their organizations. With in-depth experience in transformational change management, organization architecture, post merger integration, culture change, leadership effectiveness and performance management. Thom has helped national and global retailers transform their businesses and deliver superior results.
Thom has market eminence as a thought leader in organization strategy and design, managing transformational change and the implementation of strategic governance programs. He has presented on change leadership topics at the SAS Forum, at Macalester College in St. Paul and at the National Retail Federation’s HR Executives Conference.
Thom holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
