Rob is the National Industry Lead for Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Financial Services practice. Rob also leads Deloitte Consulting’s Sales Force Effectiveness offering and is a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Customer Transformation Market Offering.
Rob has served clients at Deloitte for over a decade with a focus on achieving sales and service effectiveness. He works with our clients’ sales and distribution functions to achieve sales channel alignment by developing customer segmentation programs, building sales roles and responsibilities and implementing sales model design and territory/account management programs. Once clients have their distribution strategy and deployment model in place,
Rob is frequently called upon to develop the workforce planning, performance management and rewards programs to support adoption of the sales model.
For a number of Fortune 500 clients, Rob helped design compensation plans, working as an advisor to Management and the Executive team to support alignment of compensation and talent objectives. Rob leads our vendor relationships with the major compensation administration software providers and is a frequent speaker at industry events on compensation design and administration topics.
Rob has been quoted by CNBC, Reuters, the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg on sales model, compensation and talent management issues.
