Marc Kaplan is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP's Human Capital service area who focuses on the organizational strategy and people implications of life sciences clients. Marc is the Regional Service Line Leader for the Northeast region of Deloitte’s Organization and Talent service line.
In more than six years of professional service, Marc has been responsible for leading many strategic transformation projects to address business strategy shifts and the resulting talent, organizational design and change management needs. He is an advisor to many senior leaders in life sciences companies.
Marc has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a PhD from George Mason University.
