Zahava is a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Human Capital practice.Her consulting experience has primarily focused in the area of global Human Resources business design powered by technology, solution architecture and system implementations and service delivery.
Zahava has over 11 years of experience as a project manager for large HR transformation projects, working on numerous global projects and 13 years of technology experience in Human Resources. Her experience ranges from working with complex ERPs and SaaS providers to custom-designed software. She is a certified Workday Principal Consultant and leads the Capability dimension of Deloitte’s Workday practice. Zahava has developed a methodology for HR Transformations enabled by Workday.
