Mark P. Charron, principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP, is the National Service Line Leader for Deloitte’s Actuarial Risk and Analytics practice and a senior member of Deloitte’s National Insurance practice. Mark also founded Deloitte’s Insurance Risk Management practice.
Mark has been working with major organizations on key risk and insurance issues as a consultant for more than 25 years. He specializes in services related to risk management, enterprise cost reduction techniques, operational effectiveness for insurance operations including claims management programs, underwriting workflow, claims workflow improvement, vendor negotiation and management.
Mark is a frequent speaker at risk management forums and has been published in major national periodicals. He is a Board of Trustee member for the LCMS Foundation based in St. Louis Missouri.
Mark earned his bachelor of science in insurance management from the University of Rhode Island.
