She has more than 15 years practical experience leading organizational change for multinational Manufacturing and Life Sciences companies. Her areas of experience include talent management, organization design, leadership development, culture change, strategic change and learning and development.
Ina specializes in building a talent approach for multinational companies entering or operating in growth and emerging markets. She has been involved in research and development of practical insights to challenges multinational companies face in attraction, development and retention of talent.
