Rishi Agarwal, principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP, is the national leader for the HR Reporting and Analytics practice. His technology experience includes SAP (BI & HR), Cognos, Oracle BI, and Core Reporting Solutions. He has built, led and managed a practice of functional and technical resources focused on delivering across sectors and HR outsourcing customers. He has been a thought leader in this space for 12 years gaining external prominence through global speaking engagements and publishing several articles in HR publications.
Prior to Deloitte, Rishi served as the Global Process & Delivery leader for Workforce Analytics at another large consulting services organization responsible for solution and delivery of complex HR Reporting, Data Warehousing/BI & Analytics projects.
Rishi holds an MBA from the Monash University with focus in HR, MIS and Strategy.
